Welcome!

We’re so glad you’re interested in lessons, classes, or ensembles at our Community Music School.

There are four types of programming at CMCB’s Community Music School:

Private Lessons (and 1:1 Music Therapy) – for students age 5 through adult
Ensembles & Classes – open to all, with groups for both children and adults
Early Childhood Classes – Small group classes for students age 4-7
Elementary Classes – Small group classes for students age 7-12

Private Lessons

Enjoy 1:1 weekly instruction with one of our great teachers, either during our 5-week summer term or during our 2024-25 school year! Learn more by visiting the Private Lessons page. There, you will fill out a Lesson Inquiry Form that helps us deliver a customized experience that’s just right for you, or your child. It will ask for some contact information, your interests and goals, and scheduling availability. Then, one of our friendly registration staff will be in touch to finalize the details!

Early Childhood, Elementary, Ensembles, and Group Classes

Pre-Registration

For eligible returning students and families: 2024-25 Pre-Registration is open! Eligible families should have received an email the week of June 3rd. Please log in to your existing ASAP account to save your spot for next year and renew your lesson and ensemble registration (or sign up for something new!). Read on below for more information. All inquiries will be processed in the order received. The pre-registration window closes on July 2 – after this date, your lesson time may not be saved.
