Tackling Change: Legacy Institutions in Transition

June 11 @ 6:00 pm 7:30 pm

A panel of Chief Executives for legacy institutions in Boston discuss how they are adapting to modern challenges, led by Lecolion Washington

A hallmark of a great leader is the ability to lead an organization through change. Here at CMCB, we are embarking on our own historic evolution – the purchase of a building and expansion to a new neighborhood and community.

Join Executive Director Lecolion Washington as he speaks with executives Chad Smith, CEO of the Boston Symphony Orchestra; Vanessa Calderón-Rosado, CEO of Inquilinos Boricuas en Accion; and Aisha Francis, President of the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology. These organizations are all legacy institutions in Boston, with histories ranging from the 18th century to the civil rights era. Join us to learn more about how these renowned leaders guide their institutions through periods of evolution during unprecedented times.

Speakers:

Chad Smith, CEO, Boston Symphony Orchestra

Vanessa Calderón-Rosado, CEO, Inquilinos Boricuas en Accion

Aisha Francis, President, Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology

Moderator: Lecolion Washington, CEO, CMCB
