A Multicultural Night of Song and Dance: A John Kleshinski Concert

Join us at the Hurley K-8 School for a joyful multicultural celebration of song and dance with student performances from the Community Music Center of Boston and Jean Appolon Expressions!
Jean Appolon Expressions (JAE) is is a Haitian folkloric and contemporary-infused dance organization that cultivates hope and healing to foster more expressive and socially just communities. They have performed at Jacob’s Pillow, the Gardner Museum, the ICA, the MFA, Harlem School of the Arts, and many more.
The program will include songs from Spanish-speaking cultures, Chinese folk songs, and Haitian music and dance. A PDF of the program book can be found here.
