As the saying goes, “Don’t tell me, show me!”

We’ve recently completed preliminary demolition on the interior of 2164 Washington St, and with that behind us, the space’s potential is even more alive. 

As we’ve been giving tours back in the building again, there has been a palpable excitement that we’re keen to share with our friends and supporters. The scale and ambition of the project is hard to convey in words, but seeing down to the good bones of this historic building in a famous cultural district—and imagining what’s to come for its new chapter—is a momentous occasion.
