Fete de la Musique 2014, sponsored by Community Music Center of Boston, will be on Saturday, June 21st from 6:00-8:00PM in the South End.  Visit 4 different locations and experience live outdoor music and celebrate the Summer Solstice!

About Fete de la Musique: 

Fete de la Musique began in the summer of 1982 in Paris, France, and has become a world-wide event, celebrated in over 100 countries and 5 continents.

For the second year, Fete de la Musique Boston will be celebrated in the South End, with live musicians filling the streets with a wide variety of music for all ages. Area businesses, organizations and neighborhood groups have partnered to deliver a diverse line-up of music to be freely enjoyed by the neighborhood, visitors and passersby.

Bring a picnic, travel between locations and enjoy music as you visit the colorful businesses, galleries and restaurants of the South End.


21st Annual South End Garden Tour

The 21st Annual South End Garden Tour is being held on June 21st from 10:00am – 4:00pm. Start your solstice celebrations off by strolling through the beautiful South End gardens and then continue on to Fete de la Musique!  You might even see a few of CMCB’s professional faculty members performing throughout the gardens!
